Very trustworthy dealership! Had to do most of my investigation of the new car over the phone, since they were located over four hours away. They had pictures, we’re very honest about the state of the vehicle, and then delivered it after my purchase. Gave me a guaranteed timeframe in case there was anything wrong, but the car was excellent and as described. Cannot recommend more. There was even an awesome welcome kit left in a vehicle for me.

On vacation nearby...I have a 2024 silverado with check engine light
I borrowed a code reader from O'reillys ....to determine if I could self rescue on the weekend. I found a code that did not have an easy diagnosis or solution prescribed.
I waited for Monday morning
Drove to this dealership
I was refused even an appt to simply check out the code and give advice on whether I could drive home to Oregon....for 3 weeks.
I didn't ask for a repair
I was simply looking to have some insite.
I'll pay a mechanic other than a chevy dealer to assist me...now.
And remember the lack of customer service for life.
Just bought a Camaro a few days ago from VonHolzen. Great experience. Heather was great to work with on the sales side and Jeff was super professional. Would definitely purchase a car from them again.
